I've got other users already on Office 365 apps without any reported issues so not sure if this is more widespread and just not noticed yet or something else. Inbox-> Folder A is there but the structure under Folder A is missing. The folders missing are folders created under the inbox.
I've tried the following (several times): If l login to OWA, you can see them no problem. I have let this sit overnight syncing and it says all folders up to date. I provided the user a new laptop with Office 365 on it (we are moving email there next year) and now it appears that several of the subfolders aren't syncing down. I have a user who was working on Outlook 2013 with Exchange 2013 on premises. I'll apologize in advance if this has been asked but i'm having trouble finding an answer that works.
